white spots in long shutter pics

i saved money to buy osmo i love it but im having white,red,blue,green spotsin black areas of picture in long shutter pictures i have also attached sample picture can anyone tell me why is it happening i just bought osmo 4 days ago. i cleaned the lens filter and still those spots come in pictures

and if it is the problem in camera should i return it?

What are your settings? From here it looks like grainy because of too high ISO.

settings were 5 sec,iso-1600,exposure bias +4.7 step

also it is getting hot when using with ipad and gimbal is lagging a little bit

If iso is 1600 then it's definetly grain. Try with iso below 800 and the results will be much more eyecandy. (I'm attaching my night photo with 100 iso, 4sec)
About getting it hot I really don't know what to suggest. Maybe this will know someone else from the forum.

Hello!
It's normal that the camera turns hot while recording, that's why there's a built-in fan in the camera for safety of the camera.

Are you sure their not stars?  Most of the bright ones look slightly elongated indicating movement during a long exposure.  Others could be dead pixels that become more noticeable at higher ISO's.
