I live in Canada I message DJI support online and told them the RTH button was Brocken on my transmitter .Dji told me to send it to USA for repair I told them I would be going to Shenzhen China in 2 weeks and they invited me to drop by their repair centre  when I got there they updated my firmware did a complete check up and gave me a new transmitter I was very happy with the service and support

Any batteries for sale and how much..?

Which was the original problem, that support here/there, wasn't provided to you for?!
Seems extreme to give up and sell it off. But that's your call. Sorry it wasn't handled better.
