As we know based on https://flylitchi.com/ tracking is software based so when we can expect firmware upgrade with thise feature for phatnom 3 ?

are you referring to object tracking?   i don't know how well litchi does with its tracking, but i know with the p4 the dji app does well.   i think the reason with the p3  dji most likely doesn't want to do it with out obstacle avoidance and tracking.   

We have been asking for a simple Panorama button similar to Leechi from day 1, so dont hold your breathe on the tracking.

The object tracking function is most probably hardware based as well as software, with the hardware elements in the P4, so there is little chance it will happen for the P3. Also, don't expect DJI to upgrade your P3 to the point of competing with a major advertised function in the P4. It don't work that way.
