So i have a nexus 7 and I have flown my Dji p3 standard with it and idk if I like it as much at my iPhone six, what kind of tablet does everyone use?

I used my phone, Samsung s4, but I just got nextbook ares 8 tablet, and so far so good. The video quality is not stellar, but for $78. I am considering one of the samsung tablets, looks like i should be able to get one for below $150, but if this baby works acceptably, I am not sure I'd bother.... $78 is a nice price.... and it is adroid 5 family.
Now I am looking for a cover that wild in such a way that I will not have to take it off in order to install on the radio.. Didn't see one yet.

iPad4 Mini - Works Flawlessly. Optimum size vs weight. I'm still on Go 2.4.3 and certainly not planning to upgrade Go, Aircraft or controller due to all the issues people are having.

I have been flying since last summer with a Nexus 9; works fine for me.

I am using the first version of the Ipad mini, with no great conviction (because the tablet is slow).

     Recently, I had to go and suggest to a friend what tablet to get.  Sorry to the others, but the answer is hands down - nVidia Shield K1.  Only $200 USD and handles all you can throw at it.  We were waiting for an update at one point and learned that the Shield was updating 115 apps.  Now, I know that we need to shut down most of those apps, but it worked flawlessly with 115 apps drawing power from the processor!

Agreed Cetaman. The nVidia K1 is a fine tablet, at the right price....

I'm waiting them to get the next one out with the Tegra X1 chip. That's going to be the deal breaker for me..

iPhone 6s plus and iPad mini 3. Never had any trouble.

iPad mini2 works great. Get a sun visor.
