Hello, i would like show my problem :
I have an inspire with apple ipad.
When i received it i put it on and i have firmware update Ok,lets do it ..
Good i can't fly because there too wind and rain .
The day after i received an other update 2 0 16 with new dji pilot on apple ios device  .
Ok i do it ...
( after all update i have a file txt say result cancel  but irmware ok)
I restart inspire and ... gimbal is crazy
I do calibration compas ... no change
i do imu calibration ... no change
i do gimbal auto calibration ... no change
So now i have an ios app 9.2 an inspire one with last firmware and a crazy gimbal ...
I contact by chat dji and i must waitting so the preorder have the last to flight ?
I waitting a dji support answer i hope it is only a firmware problem.

I'm having the gimbal suddenly move and jump on occasion as well - Even when flying straight and level. I'm interested in hearing how to resolve and how to get the flight data to send to DJI...

You can send a mail to inspire1@dji.com with the description of issue to get the method of access the flight data.

Don't worry, if the engineer needs the flight data, he/she will reply with instructions.

Thanks i waiting support but no news ... i get the inspire in first back of my dealer and  i never flight so i am a a little disappointed ...

Sorry for the trouble, I also report this as a special case, once the sample turns back our engineer will analyse this symptom.
If I1 was brought from the dealer, your can contact him directly and he will provide the after-sales support.

Did anyone got any news?
Mine was acting crazy but I think it was after the firmware update. I can see the footage but the camera moves very intensively. I sometimes even get an "Acceleration Error". Two days ago, it became normal but now it's acting crazy again. I have tried IMU, compass, gimbal calibrations several times and on different spots but nothing happens.
I sent the corresponding email but they are not responding me anymore.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This was supposed to be a replacement unit after the crash thanks to the IMU bug.
I'm hoping to get my money back since I'm done being an unpaid beta tester.

I have this issue too. i have sent my gimbal back to DJI......no stock so have not got a replacement. See my thread and there is a reply from a user who solved his problem.

I get a new gimbal without problem.... Dji was good and keep inspire one and in 4 day they change gimbal and re send it to me ...
