     Sorry, The two do not look that different.  If anything I favor the YouTube version, but that may be because I saw that one first.

So what's the secret to upload those super clear and sharp videos that some people upload to the forum?
any tips,suggestions on how to upload them? I upload them directly from Final Cut Pro to you tube/Vimeo.

Aloha mrnvldz,

     That may be the problem - you are uploading directly from Final Cut Pro.  Sometimes, the program will decide what resolution is best for you and it is not what you want.  I always;

1.  Record at the highest resolution available
     I can always render the video at a lesser resolution if needed.

2.  Depending on the length of the video and the amount of upload time required, I upload at the
      highest resolution I have rendered.  Let the viewer decide their viewing resolution for their
      download speed.

3.  I use YouTube because they will not charge you to upload high resolution videos.  The default for
     YouTube is 720p.  Vimeo charges you for anything over 720p.  

Now, because of DJI and GoPro cameras, I have a hard time getting myself to look at a 720p video.  Even some 1080p videos that were not done right are not fun to view.  If you have a HD TV or monitor, you can view 1440 videos for a crisp bit of enjoyment.

     This is about it.  Hope this helps!

If I were you, I would render the video and upload it manually. You'll get a better resolution every time.
