using a ipad mini4  latest and greatest when u start the app up  it starts off with how to connect no moater what u do it wont show camera view so u can move foward
what am i doing wrong or is there a issue here

Is this for a new Phantom or one you have flown before?
If it's new, you have to activate the Phantom (register with DJI) before you can do anything else
Try pulling the cable and reconnecting to see if that triggers it??

Hello Michael, do you try to use different lightning cables or other devices? Besides, if your mini4 running in IOS 9.3.1, you can try to reset it to factory via iTunes and then reinstall DJI GO app again.
