Hey Guys before my Dragon Skull ( Inspire 1 ) collects too much dust. I was thinking of just getting a droid tablet to dedicate to my Inspire. I have a iPad Air 2 but Im tired of waiting. I have a couple days off and wanted to familiarize myself with it. Thanks in advance !!!!

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5"
Technically it's "too large" for the remote holder, but not really. I insert it top side first, then shove the bottom section of my tablet upwards and in. It rubbed the foam padding down on the bottom of the remote holder, but who cares? It's in there nice and snug. In fact I wound up using a razor blade and just cut the bottom foam pads off of the remote tablet holder. It fits tight still, but now it's much easier to get in/out - plus, the 10.5" screen is AWESOME with the Inspire. Video is smooth as butter too.

If you don't want to bother with the 10.5", the 8" Tab S runs it great too.

I have the iPad 2 mini, but decided to not wait.  I got the Samsung Tab s 8.4 and it works great.  no issues at all.

You will be happy with it.  I'm an apple guy, but love this little Samsung.  And the app is really nice, I noticed no lag, and besides, it looks really good with the remote!

Flew my maiden voyage today and couldn't be happier.  3 batteries, flying very smooth and conservatively and had no control issues at all.  This quad is very responsive compared to the Phantom 2 I fly.

Handles like a fine sports car.

Good choice I;m gonna get that one too because a "10 seems too heavy.

Best place to pick up a Samsung 8.4? I was going to check out Costco later.

What's the difference between the Samsung Tab S 8.4 and the Samsung Galaxy Pro 8.4? Or are they the same?

I also have the iPad mini 2 and went to best buy and bought a Samsung gallexy tab s8.4  just for my i1 it working just fine

I was having a hard tim figuring out how to get my galaxy tab into developer mode to enable usb debugging . But I got it . Thanks to google

amazon has the tablet4 at a good price.

I'm interested in getting the maximum number of pixels (12MP) from the camera, and would appreciate some feedback from a Samsung S 8.4 user as to the size (3,992 x 2,242 or 3,995 x 2,992 or something else) of the still frame (DNG or Jpeg) image when controlled by a Samsung.
