The quality of video on P4 seems more poor than on P3, mostly on camera moving and bright scenes. Below is a sample shooted with steady P4 on the ground just tilting the camera up and down:

the mobile device is Samsung T705 with Android 5.0.

Hello Eagle14, did you try to kill other apps in the background? What's more, what's the transmitting channel condition at that time?

Yes, I've rebooted the device. Transmission conditions seems very good, because:
- DJI Go shows few small green dots on channels, no red ones
- The drone was in only few meters from RC
- I've tried another location 1 km away from nearest village/city

So when you enter the Aircraft Status, what was the Radio Channel Quality at that time? If it tells you the quality is bad, you need to change another place to try again.

The Radio Channel Quality stays "Good" all the time

no problem with video on SD. The problem is only in HD channel during the flight

I've experience exactly the same thing as you on my Samsung GT-N8010. It turned out that the Samsung was grossly underpowered in the rendering department as it is pretty old. Have you tried another mobile device? I tried my ralatively cheap Sony XPeria and it worked fine. I've placed an order for the nVidia shield K1. It's a hit and miss I think so let's hope that the nVidia will play ball for me
