This was the first charge...  The ph4 is new.. just opened..
I mad this video to show you the error..



I also tried the battery only..    same error...    no led...

what can I do??

Try charging just the battery on its own and try the plug the other way up.
Plug into the battery and then turn it on at the wall.

You should not be charging both the RC unit and the battery at the same time. It warns you about this in the manual.

What happens when you press the button on the battery to show current charge level?  If no LEDs then it;s possibkle that the battery is completely discharged.  Try putting it on the charger for several hours to see if it comes back to life.

That was true with the P3. I haven't been able to find the same warning anywhere in the P4 documentation.

It is still the same, the P4 battery is much the same and the 'charger' power supply is the same, so nothing has changed.
