Hi All,

Do you need to install the beta version 1.7 to the aircraft for you to be able to unlock geofencing?
Or if I unblock on my account, which I have done, it will still work and let me fly on current firmware without having to add the Beta verison 1.7?
I've heard there are issues with the beta geo and don't want to upload it and mess the aircraft up for the sake of one flight

You have to install the GEO firmware on your aircraft AND install the the GEO app on your Android device.

Hi Ken, are there any safety/control/feature loss issues when using the BETA Firmware on the Inspire 1? I need to fly at a UK Airport next week (all legal and approved by the airport) but I rely on my I1 to make a modest living and cannot risk any issues.  Thanks, Eddie.
