Unfortunately, this has become a systematic standard way of how DJI do business.
Would you believe, I'm still waiting for the X5 adaptor??
The story is the same. There was an advertised shipment window. It passed. Then the DJI store gave me the usual spiel about marking my order as a priority, and my shipment was to be sent out last weekend. That too has passed and my adaptor still hasn't shipped.
Now, the DJI store are not even replying to my emails. I have had no decent update, so here I am, a month after paying in full, with no clue as to when my adaptor will arrive.
It is not a mistake. It happens all the time. How incompetent would you need to be to get it so wrong so often? The nonsense staff tell you about not expecting the demand, has not stopped them from accepting payment in full from all the people they never had goods for.
I believe they are taking people's money first, in order to produce the goods, with a bunch of trained robots to spew out the apologies and BS excuses for however many months it takes to ship.
Disgusting.
Just hurry up and send me my S**T, and I will not get involved with them again. I am so done.
