I noticed that when I look to see what version of the DJI firmware I have on my Phantom 4, it says "unknown" under aircraft.  I think I may be using an outdated firmware version but I'm not sure.  Is there a way to correct this?  I'm not sure that I will ever be able to update the firmware since the app doesn't know what version I'm running and it never asks to update.  
Things that I've tried already:

1)  Deleting the DJI Go App and reinstalling it
2)  Using a different ios device - checked it with the iPad Pro and the iPhone 6

Update your iPhone to IOS 9.3.2 (don't update the Pro, I think IOS is having an issue with the Pro)
Also, there's a new GO app 2.8.2.
Try those and let me know what happens.

Possibly a typo but I believe the latest Go app is 2.8.2.
