Just a jammer should technically just cut the signal and cause it to RTH, unless the jammer is powerful enough to goof up GPS, in which case I assume autolanding will take place? I am talking DJI.. Not sure how other drones work....
Anyhow, as much as I hope it does not just drop the drone, at the same time, if someone is irresponsible enough, the drone probably should be crashed....
It's only a matter of time before these kinds of device become commonplace at airports and other "restricted installations"... and not long after, they may even become available to public, even though jammers are in general illegal.. they can still be available to those who want to have illegal stuff... Then we gonna have Bob shooting down drones from the sky, because he can....
Well, I took it a bit into the future, the dark future of? Drone killings!
