I recently had issues with missing photos. Online support suggested formatting the SD card in the aircraft before flying. That did nothing to help resolve the issue. My work around is to turn everything back on and reconnect the aircraft and then switch to DJI, and select editor, then choose Photo and the images download. Why they don't get into the editor like the video is a mystery to me. So power everything up, connect, choose camera, select DJI and then editor and select Photo and they download for me. A second alternative is to pull the SD card, use a camera adapter cable for iPad or iPhone and the images and videos will be offered to download directly into the Camera Roll. This has to be an issue for a future App update for us.
