I got a notification on my Apple Watch from my DJI Go App. When I later checked the message, I got a special code for a 1% discount on Phantom 4 batteries.

Could this be a translation issue? While I am happy to have a discount, 1% is not exactly compelling. Even 10% isn't much but it might make me consider the purchase of an additional battery. Maybe.

Now, 25% might really be motivating. Just wanted to put that out there ;-)

We do offer the discount to all DJI Go users. Little gift and hope it delights some customers who plan to buy battery these two days.

I do find the 1% discount insulting.

Really? One percent? That's not an error?!

That's one dollar and sixty-nine cents off regular retail.

$1.69 off of $169.00 brings the price to $167.31. That's really not much of a difference.

I've never seen a 1% discount on anything.

I would just leave it at "FREE SHIPPING!" and be done with it. Free shipping is nice but 1% off kind of draws attention to the fact that it is a tiny discount.

Thanks, though. Any discount is nice. Just not nice enough to motivate me to buy. But nice, nonetheless.
