My phone crashed and did a factory reset. I've lost all my flight records. Is there any other place that DJI keeps these records? Is it just recorded to your phone? DJIGo ap now shows no files.

If you didnt sync them to the cloud no.....sorry i dont think there is another place.

Thanks Scarpa. Unfortunately I was just made aware of the cloud when I lost all my pictures and contacts.

Would Flight Recorder records provide you what you want?

You should be able to connect the micro usb cord directly into the phantom and plug it into your computer. You should be able to get your flight records from there.

What about flight records syncing up and down?  My flights were at 79, I took one flight, synced it, and the total flights went down to 68.  My flight went backwards too.

I have over 100 flights, sync them quite often, but cannot keep the number either climbing up, or understand why they change numbers that don't match anything.

I use the same iPad mini all the time, use only the DJI app for it.   Any thoughts?
