This is potentially a dumb question, but I did search the site and the forum for an answer first:

Do all of the Phantom 4 "packages" DJI sell (drone with 1 battery, drone with 2 batteries, etc.) come with the foam case?  In the DJI store the only one that shows a picture of the foam case is the drone with 1 battery.  I want to buy the drone with 2 batteries, but definitely want the foam case too.

You can fit 3 batteries in that case.

And with two battery kit, you get free egg roll.

Definately worth having extra intelligent flight battery packs.
I bought three and a second 100w charger to enjoy mine to the fullest.

Foam case is standard with the P4, one battery in drone and storage for another two batteries, RC and small (7") tablet, plus props & charger. If there's any doubt then email them, or they have a live chat on the store website.

It's almost worth it just for the case
