Hi all
Ive just built up a medium-size quad (modified Tarot 960 frame converted to quad from Hex and cut to 750 size)
Motors are T-Motor 3520 400kv with 18x 6 T-Motor beechwood props, running on 30A Hobbywing Platinum ESCs, running 10,000mah 6S.

AUW is 5.3KG

Currently running gains at 120, 120, 120 / Atti 120 120 120

The problem Im having is its incredibly unstable in a breeze.
In still air ir flies and hovers ok (though still suffers from altitude drops a bit)it also seems to drop when i yaw, but only when i yaw RIGHT and only when it passes 90 degrees!!!?!?!!

In a breeze it will vary by up to 2m!!!!

Im thinking it might be gain related...?

I am sorry it is difficult for us to support a non DJI product.  Yes you have our controller but everything else is not ours.  You can try and lower the gains.  But the motors and escs may also be an issue.

Try raising the gains a bit.
