Dear all,

I've updated the firmware 2 weeks ago than I didn't use my drone till 3 days ago.

My drone was flying just from few minutes when it lost the signal than suddenly the motor turn off and my dron fell down from around 100m (you can immagined what happened)

Unsfortunately there wasn't the possibility to get it back.

Now I don't know if the problem came from the new firmware or it had some internal problem, what I know I lost my drone

Sorry for your loss, oldanilu. I'd suggest you to sync your flight record via DJI Go app and get in touch with our tech support via support@dji.com or http://www.dji.com/support/product. We wil look into your case.
