I crashed my Phantom 3 Professional yesterday and just realised that it's missing the plastic sponge separate thing by the camera. There's 4 of them on each corner but I can't see how to buy one as they don't appear to be on DJI spare parts store. Does anyone know how I can get one of these?

Your P3P came with an extra set when you bought it. Look in the box with the prop removal tool. They are called vibration dampers I believe.

Thanks I'll check in the box! Are you suppose to use the prop removal tool every time or just when it's hard / stuck? I've never used it I just use my hands, is that bad??

I just use my hands, the tool is if it gets to hard to get off (the blades). Best buy also sells teh sponges
