Actually, the Facebook live streaming function has been released, please double check in the latest DJI GO App.
Whether all those mentioned features would be implemented in the next firmware or not? I'm sorry that there's no comfirmed news on it.
There will be a new firmware update in the near future, please pay attention to our official website for any update.

If you are running the DJI GO App in iOS, tap "Gear" icon and you'll find the icon for Facebook live streaming and it will lead you to process the live streaming.
However, this feature doesn't support Andorid right now.
