Hopefully one of the dji moderators can help with this. I am sending my p3s back under warranty for stress cracks and it has been approved. I got a reply from someone at dji asking that it was ok that i pay shipping. I was at work out of reception most of the day and due to the time difference i wasnt able to reply for 16 hours. When i replied i got an instant reply back from post master saying it could not be delivered. I noticed the other day when i replied to someone at customer service to say thanks for your help it was also returned. So dji has a time limit in which you must reply or are then forced to go through the entire process again?
