Hi Guys,

Last year I bought a Phantom 3 Advanced and everything with the camera seemed to be great. However, I had to sell the drone.

This year I bought another Phantom 3 Advanced but the camera quality seems to be very poor. I am not a photography expert but it seems to me that some of the colours are missing.

Is there a magic setting I can change somewhere or is this a hardware problem?

Are videos just as bad?
You should check a couple things - maybe "reset all settings"....in the Go App.
Then check the camera settings - try both auto and manual - an, in manual, adjust so that your screen on your device looks good.

If your FPV (screen) looks great and your photos don't.....if they are colored totally differently that what you see, contact DJI. It's always possible that the problem is in software, firmware or settings so you'll want to try a few things before returning it.

Try some photos with it sitting on the ground (or a table, etc.) while you adjust the camera settings.

Hi, I have just reset the settings and I think it looks much better. I will take it out during the week to test it but it already looks promising.
