Dear DJi, why did you take away the ability for us to update our RC firmware through USB Flash Drive or Mini USB cable once again. Hundreds of us cannot even connect to the app now to update our remotes. This might even be affecting thousands of people. I haven't been able to fly for over 5 months now. 5 months of trying everything possible with no results. This is a simple solution. How are we supposed to update when we cannot even connect to the app AT ALL? We need alternative methods and this problem goes away. It's literally that simple.

If the app stays in "How to connect" page or the camera view shows "Disconnected" no matter what kind of mobile devices you try, I'd suggest you to get in touch with our US tech support and send the RC to our service center for diagnosis. When the communication between the RC and mobile device is normal, you'll be easy to update the RC via DJI Go app.
