How do i get support for a faulty transmitter?

How do I get support from DJI for a faulty transmitter?

My phantom 2 transmitter is causing massive interference with my flysight black pearl FPV screen.

Many weeks ago I clicked on the 'report a problem' button on the support page, filled out all the details and hit send.

I got no confirmation so a few days later I did it again. No response, no confirmation, so a few days later I started email the European and American support centers.

nearly a month has now gone by, and I still have the issue and DJI have ignored me entirely. I have had no responses to anything.

Am I doing this wrong?

How should I be getting in touch with customer services/support?

It is highly unlikely that your transmitter is causing the interference.
More likely to be a set-up or install problem with your Black Pearl FPV.
As usual more details of your kit is required to help.

its a version 2 phantom. with a black pearl screen. honestly the specifics don't need to go further than that as it is very clear even when the phantom is off.

with the controller turned off, the screen displays nice clean white noise. when the controller is turned on there are big fat interference lines scrolling over the screen. When trying to actually use it for video, it just overlays the video signal making it virtually un-viewable.

This is my second screen (purchased from a different vendor entirely), and the symptoms are identical Let me go make a vid and put it on youtube.

And you also will get the same issue with a different Phantom transmitter, in short radio interference and/or shielding insufficient on your screen.  How far do you have to move the screen away from the transmitter to eliminate the interference?

Yes, I ended up trying that foil technique with not much success. I brought my phantom + fpv setup to a local dji authorized dealer and we tested out their receiver/monitor which had no interference issues at all. So, I guess my Black Pearl is bad.
