How do I get support from DJI for a faulty transmitter?
My phantom 2 transmitter is causing massive interference with my flysight black pearl FPV screen.
Many weeks ago I clicked on the 'report a problem' button on the support page, filled out all the details and hit send.
I got no confirmation so a few days later I did it again. No response, no confirmation, so a few days later I started email the European and American support centers.
nearly a month has now gone by, and I still have the issue and DJI have ignored me entirely. I have had no responses to anything.
Am I doing this wrong?
How should I be getting in touch with customer services/support?
