The iconic Skyline Trail (trailhead next to Paradise Inn) at the base of Mount Rainier is world-renowned for meadows filled with wildflowers but we found the glacier slides on the side of the mountain to be even more fun. We did make it to the Panorama Point at 6,800 ft elevation and saw the 360 view of Mount St. Helens, Mount Adams, Mount Hood and the Tatoosh Range but it was too windy for Androne.
