Hi First post here and its a question
I have a phantom 4 charging hub that I think may be faulty - its not doing what the manual says.

I put in three charged batteries and put the hub in  storage mode.
According to the manual, the LED should start blincking blue while discharging the batteries to 50% then go soild blue.

The batteries have been in for over 24hrs and the LEDs on the hub show orange/yellow and the LEDS on the battery are all lit up.

Does this sound right or is it duff? Seems ok when charging batteries though.

Thanks Ian

Been on to support who have been great, problem was the charger was still plugged in to the wall socket, for the hub to discharge, the power supply needs to be turned off at the wall

Rather than waiting for the hub to storage charge, which could takes ages, why dont you fly then charge UP to storage, will be quicker?

I still can't understand the need for a device to discharge the batteries, they will do this themselves

I think its more a thing of charging 3 batteries without changing the leads
