Returned from DJI, now gimbal not moving

Hello I recently received my phantom 3 back after a repair as the distance i was getting to before loosong connection was awful.

Anyway i received ot yesturday and startrd it up and the gimbal now responds irratically, brushing the floor even though its on a flat surface and a gimbal overload error occours. Then the camera just hangers there loosly and im unable to control it.

Is there an easy fix to this? Ive checked the grub screw and that os tight. Just dont want to send it back to dji again as am off to center parcs on monday and was hoping to get some good shots there. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're having these kind of issues after a RMA. I would recommend getting in contact with the Europe Support Team to have this rectified as soon as possible.

Hi Jamie,
I have emailed them yesterday but am presuming they won't read it till Monday which is when I go away so was hoping there was a easy fix?
