Hello

Since the latest firmware update im having problems with image/video transfer between my drone and app.

Its like 5-6 sec delay. ( exp. i move my drone and the view that drone is looking which i should see on my iphone comes like 5-6 later)
So i cant fly long distances. I dont see where i am going.

All other functions are working correctly. I command my drone perfectly. Land on/off works perfect. etc... everything but the green screen and video lag

Anyone having the same problem? Is there anything i should do ?

I do want to say that these all happened after the latest firmware.!

Drone / RC / All Batteries are using latest versions
Iphone 6s Plus
Latest Dji go app

Hello ahmet, have you tried to enable the "hardware decoding" option and use different lightning cables? The hardware decoding option can be found in General Settings.

Yes, Ive that tried it with and without "hardware decoding" option. And also used different lightning cable (all orginal)

Does the same issue come up with different mobile device?

Yes. Ive tried that with more then 2 different devices (mobile phone/tablet) (samsung and apple)

I would like to say that green screen doesnt come up so often but the delay ive mentioned above happens like  9 of 10 times.( ill record a video asap and upload here about what im talking about)

Note: It was all fine before the last update, i had no problems..

Hi, you can find the previous firmware you're using here http://www.dji.com/product/phantom-3-adv/info#downloads

Unzip it and put the bin file into your SD card, put the SD card into your drone, and power on the drone. Then it will downgrade itself to the previous firmware.

all updated

Here i uploaded the video of my problem

Please pay attention on both device screen and the drone's cam.
while the camera is moving i should see the instantaneous display on the mobile device but it lags.

What's the image transmission condition at this time? A screenshot will be appreciated.Also, is it the original lightning cable? Have you tried to clean the cache in the app?

Yes my cable is orginal, i bought it from apple store

after your suggest ive tried cleaning cache, but its still the same

Have you tried it outside and select a custom channel with less noise? Lower the image transmission quality if necessary.

Lots of people getting same problem, can I just ask you to go do same test away from civilisation, in a field

yes ive tried it outside

also with a custom channel

just took photos inside just for forum conversations

im getting tried of this bug or something.. i want to fly

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is recommended to contact support@dji.com and send it in for diagnosis because it is probably a hardware issue.Hope you can understand.

well, what i dont undestand is, it was all fine before latest firmware and after that i didnt drop it or fall. its really wierd. it just happened with update :/

I can understand your feeling but currently it would be better to send it in for diagnosis.

Im having the same issue besides My lag is 5-10 seconds it is not usable. It is brand new and only flown 2-4 times! never crashed or mistreated, multiple devices, every setting possible, firmware as well. 4 different cables.
I got in contact with dji support 2 days ago but they haven't mentioned a possible solution.

Im 100% sure, its all about the firmware and app!!! I will wait for new firmware update before i send my p3a to diagnosis

Im hoping so but the only time i flown this was right when i got iit, there have been i think two updates.firmares where the problem remained.

DJI support doesn't give any hint that it might be the app. well see tho

yes there have been 2 updates.

well you are using a brandnew 1 which shows its not about the hardware

im happy about that tho
