When I go to preview my videos in the gallery that the app creates on my phone.  There is no sound.  

I can only get sound when previewing from the DJI go app,  or uploading to the computer.  

NOT in the (dji_record)  folder in my gallery.  

Id like to do mobile uploads from the folder to Facebook or Instagram but can not do so.  

Must I created a movie and process it in the dji app before uploading it?  That creates extra space.  For one video I would have a file in (dji_cache), (dji_record),  and then a processed video..

Hi, in the app, did you turn on the mic? It's off by default.

If I have sound in the app why do I not have sound on my phone where it stores rhe recorded video?

There is no sound when I play the file from my recorded album into the factory media player for Android.  

The sound only plays when I'm watching it in the DJI app..  

Is the sound file not included in the phones storage and only on the SD card?

I have the same issue. At first I didnt know that the videos get saved on the device until I tired uploading to Instagram. But I found out that none of the videos had any audio. I am certain I recorded them with audio as the sound graphic at the bottom of the OSD lights up when I talk. If anyone has any insight on this, it would be greatly appreciated!
