Hello,

I am having an issue where I cannot connect my Osmo to my Android (lollipop v6.0.1) via wifi IF I have my LTE data turned on.
I seem to only be able to use it if I disable LTE by activating Airplane mode, then turning on only the wifi and connecting to the app. If I turn back on the LTE the connection from the app to the camera gets interrupted and my feed turns gray.

I tried contacting customer support but unfortunately they couldnt help and just suggested I get a new phone /:

If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, LTE will interrupt your osmo connection, LTE is increasing the capacity and speed of the device using a different radio interface and core networks, so having this activated will cause the interruption of the connection to the osmo. If it operates ok with airplane mode on that's good.
Its a good idea to have as little as possible running in the background while operating the dji go app, as the app needs a lot of power to operate smoothly

However that is very disappointing to hear and I'm not sure if that is intended or not.
I wanted to be able to live stream video outdoors to RTMP channel (such as Twitch.tv) while using the osmo but it seems as it may not be possible at this point.

Hi, this is not caused by DJI, but limited by the hardware of the phone.  It's the same reason that your phone can connect to Internet with either Wifi or cellular network(4G) but not both at the same time.

Currently the Osmo can't be live streamed, we're sorry about that.

mi app se queda colgada en la activación de la cuenta.  me sale activando y permanece mucho tiempo y nunca activa por lo tanto no puedo utilizar el osmo
