Congratulations, you are gong to love your new Phantom3.
Seems like you are experienced as you as you are taking off and landing nose in. If your not experienced then I'd suggest taking off & landing tail in.
Also, the dial on the right will change the exposure, it was a little over exposed.

I don't think it's the white balance if you have it on Auto. It was just overexposed. But you can play with white balance to adjust to your liking.
