Can anyone help me to fix the dji go app video editing problem its freezing at 0% when i cut save the video

Ive tried to delete and reinstall the app + clear the video cache and still not working

Im using the latest firmware/app and ipad air 2 64GB

Is it the latest version app? Have you tried to reinstall the app and try again? Any video clip of this issue will be appreciated.

Yes, I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. Always, the problem is there, any clip, any time, any size. It freezes at Outputting video 0% ...

Nothing helps. Even uninstalling the application and reinstalling it. However, I noticed that if I import a video taken from my iphone's camera then it works. But this does not apply with the videos taken from P4.

The same problem on iPhone 6s plus 128GB. Total size remaining 39GB. Latest software. Install and uninstall procedures does nothing. Very frustrating problem.
Any solution ?
