I've never had problems getting the card out. I take it out, then plug it in a card reader and download my photos and movies after every flight. I've done it over 120 times since I got the Phantom 4.
When you press in on it, you should feel the resistance of a spring pressing back. Once it's pressed in slightly, you should hear a faint click. Then, when you release the pressure, the card should come right out. (Try using your fingernail).
As Geebax points out, there have been issues, so if this isn't happening, you'll probably have to send it in. As a note, you can get photos and movies off the card while it's in the craft. Just plug in the USB cable and connect it to your home computer.
