    Ive had my drone for a month and all the sudden it started losing signal during every flight. Even right above my head 20ft. I have tried recalibrating, Reconnecting the remote and just about everything. WTF is wrong with this drone!? Im open to all suggestions as to what to do!

Right above your head is the worst place for drone signals, as it is off the tip on the antennas. See the tutorial on antenna positioning. You might indicate what aircraft you have.

would it be after the update as mine and a lot of others are having the same problem waiting for dji to sort it out with another update

Please take a look at this video and make sure the environment is free of interference.

I had a similar problem. Try to downgrade your firm. It worked for me.

How did you downgrade the Phantom 3 4K?

Just purchased a new P3-4K last weekend (not my first DJI). Updated firmware today. I know all the details about 'antenna angle', that's not the problem. Made 4 flights.....I have "NO SIGNAL" from camera after about 60 seconds into flight. Can land, power off EVERYTHING, restart and get signal again.    HELLO, DJI.....What should I do?       Right now, I'm thinking "get my money back".

Here are the steps:
1. Enable the option of viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC.
For The Windows System:

For The Mac System:

2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

Followed instructions exactly, can't find any 'hidden' files on card.  Why can't DJI figure out what is wrong with the FIRMWARE UPDATE and fix it?!?!?!?! Everyone could be happy again with one simple update.

Hi, I have phantom3 4k and is losing signal, picture is  freezing on aprox. 30 meters distance and complitly freeze after that, then enter  the return to home mod. Firmwere is latest 1.5 ,please help anyone...

This is my log. I have the same problem of anyone here. I have a phantom 3 4k (video signal by wifi, not by USB cable). The signal is losing under 1 meter. It isn't normal. DJI, this product is no cheap. PLease help me to solve this problem.

This tip don't solve the problem. The video signal in p3 4k is transmited by wifi. It can lost signal in 1 meter distance.
