Hello all, again:

I had this problem with DJI Go App (Android) from the beginning. First I had one Phantom4. In some point, may, drone appeared on DJI Go App´s flight data twice. I contacted support but they didnt know nothing about it. I send screencaptures just to help DJI to fix it.  

Now I bought second Phantom4 and guess what?  Now I have four (4) drones on flightdata.  

Anyone else got this symptom?  DJI, know any fix ?

Mine shows the same, I will inquire about it. It's the same on Android and IOS.

I've got this, but my Dji go shows five different aircraft. I only have had one. Dji reps  advised me they would report to R&d but this doesn't seem to be a priority. This was in May, nothing ...

I have same thing, one named and one generic Phantom 4, but only own 1.

I've had the same with my I1 but not the P3p. Never thought to ask before but would be good to know.

Another mod suggested a fix which worked for me (for now):

delete each flight data record by sweeping it to the left and tap Delete.

Then tap the Cloud icon to Sync the records and choose All.

Well.
I have two screens also.
But I thought that the first is for the pilot and the second is for the quad copter.
I could see that if you have more you get a page for each copter.
The first page shows a total off all your flight with all your copters.
The pages for each copter shows just the stats for this one copter.

Of course that's all a guess of mine at this point.

I came to this conclusion since the first page would show my "picture/avatar" and the second page shows my phantom 4.

Honestly, I never look at the flight records page unless a user needs something answered.
Hopefully I'll know by tomorrow.

Your case is the normal situation.

In my case there is the same copter visible on two pages pages. Flight data is splitted on two diffenrent devices in a mixed order (for example flights on 17.7 - 27.7. on first page, then flights on 28.7. - 29.7. on second page and then again flights 30.7. show on first page) So the same flight is not on all pages, only on one of them.

Mine too...I got user page, and then two pages with my only one  P4...But Im wondering if they is one page per battery maybe...
I got 2 batteries, each have one page I think.

Good point! That might be the case, do they know that on DJI-support ;) ?

I have three batteries and only one copter page.

Could it be that you had your copter repaired and got a different copter back?

Or perhaps a firmware upgrade tricked the go app to believe there is a new copter ?

I had mine only a few weeks and I started with the latest firmware.

If u change the name of your drone u end up with flight logs for it, so 2 logs, change it again you get 3... I deleted the flight records and resync and they're gone. When I fly again I end up with 2 records again... read some where to delete the first log, not the second, so leave last log alone and should correct it... havent tried this yet tho

Nothing yet, The R&D team is extremely busy I'm sure I'll get an answer when they are free.

Why isn't everyone trying the suggestion which worked for me.

I wrote about it post #7.

Sweep to delete each record. Do it for all of them.

Then Sync All.

I know it's in a different thread I started, but while you're talking to them about the multiple aircraft, can you ask about my issue with the flight records disappearing on my 2.8.1 device (iPad Mini II) after I synched to the cloud?  They are in the cloud because when I synched my iPhone (2.8.5) they showed up there.  Have no clue why synch'ing to the cloud would cause a delete on the local device???  :-(

I tried this, in my last post I stated " I tried deleting all the records and syncing and same issue.".

For the heck of it, I did it again, 281 times. 281 records deleted. Resynced and same issue. It's becaus the Dji servers have this info stored wrong.

I have the same issue, same drone, same info, 2 different names, 2 images. I just ignore it, but I have noticed. Android here.

Did you select Sync All before starting starting Synchronization?

I use use one device with my P4, do you happen to use several?

i believe they are for each battery (at least mine are)
I have 3 showing and i have 2 batteries (it took me a sec to figure it out but looking at the flight data it was obvious)
the first is combined (all flights)
the 2nd is for battery 1
the 3rd is battery 2

Can't be. I have only two batteries but three aircrafts are showing up.

Each time you name your drone, or add a new one a new aircraft will show up, the only way to remove them is delete the old drones name, but you will lose there flight data

Right. Until DJI fixes this, I didn't mind losing my data. Having two names/ drones bothered me a lot.

Also, what is with the top altitude of 1.09M,  mine has 1.09ft.  IN addition to the multiple accounts, I would like to correct/reset incorrect top values and permanently delete non-flights (bench test) that were recorded as flights.

Well, the problems is not related to number of batteries.  I have two drones and three batteries;  DJI GO App shows each drone two times even that I use all the three batteries on both drones (So in theory there should be each drone three times, not two).

hey DJI-Ken - do you need any more examples or more information on this? I'm happy to do anything I have deleted all records manually in DJI Go, re-synced and same problem. I deleted all flight records from the tablet in the FlightRecords folder, rebooted and re-synced, same issue. It seems that the backend has some identifier which is showing this incorrectly.
