I have 2birds, a P3P and a P34k, I'm going to be going away for a month do I need to do anything to my birds or battery's, I have 5 batteries.

Just store the batteries out of the aircraft and in an area where they will not do any harm if they catch fire. Not likely to happen, but better to be safe. You do not have to drain them if you don't want to, they will do that automatically.
