Hi,

I have issue on my Osmo using Inspire X3. When i record video, the sound just not recorded.
If I put my external mic, the "mic icon" become red with slashed.
Not using the external mic also not recording the sound.
I've tried to copy the video file to PC and playback, still no sound.

Any one can help?

Check in the settings that the MIC is turned on. I think by default it is off.

Where can i set mic? I've check settings-camera but can't fine menu for mic/ sound. Only video

Last night I checked again, the voice is actually recorded and I can hear it when open in Dji Go Editor (cache), but still no sound for the file that I have download (original)

Hi, the audio is recorded by your phone in the cache video.  

When you enter Osmo shooting, on you can see several icons, one is a gimbal, another is a camera, click one of them(I forgot which one) and you can find Mic control in it.

Hi, I am having the same problem. It does not appear to be recording any sound. Mic symbol is just red with a line through. When I go to settings and camera, there is no setting for the Mic. Has DJI forgotten to support sound recording when you use the Inspire X3 camera?

do a camera reset, settings in th camera menu, but even then i get no audio recorded in th file in the SD-Card only in the live stream on the phone with the mic of the phone...

Did a Camera reset and seems to work now.

Get sound when I play back through DJI Go app.

How do you do a camera reset?

I found it in Settings -> Camera -> (scroll down to bottom) -> Reset Camera (click Reset button on the right).

I now have sound back as well.   Thanks!
