I've been asked to fly an event at an Air Museum.  Drone would be inside a large hanger and its doubtful I will have GPS.  However the Air Museum resides on the border of an smaller comerical airport.  I've attempted to fly a park near by, with permission from the tower as I was well out of anyones flight paths, but was obviously grounded as a NO FLY ZONE by the DJI app.  Would I experience the same issue at the Air Museum if the Drone never recieves a GPS Signal?

Yes, you are in the NFZ, you can email FlySafe@dji.com for instructions to to get to be able to fly there.
If you do happen to get a GPS signal in the hanger then it would go into auto land.
