It would be great as a Phantom Pilot to be able to do the following with the DJI Go App:

1. Import a .kmz file on the satellite view with boundaries. This would be great especially when I am doing a manual flight while mapping an area. I would like to set up my boundaries and be able to import them on my tablet/ handest before I fly.

2. It would also be nice, just like the google earth measuring tool, to be able to manually draw boundaries on the satellite map view that would help me with my flight. Sometimes it is important that I know I am within boundaries.

If these or similiar features exist please enlighten me.

Thanks very much, these feature would make my life so much easier especially when I mapping jungle type terrain.

You can draw on the app map.
That feature is already there.

Click on the map view to make it full screen ... click the finger icon ... draw.
You can use the Clear Guides icon to erase

Right now iOs have version 2.8.7 and Android only 2.8.3. Is there any chance for an Android update?

Can we please get the RC battery indicator back? Why did it go away?

I see this on the "Aircraft Status" screen on the "Remote Controller Battery" line. Is this what you are talking about?

The difference in numbers doesn't mean that one is ahead of the other.
iOS had to have extra versions to correct problems back in the past.

Thank you, I will definitely try it. What I would like from the DJI Go App is to be able to save the polygons that I created.
