i am having some serious problems with video.. When i press record its start frezzeing and blink to a green screen... Need Help!! HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS VIDEO PROBLEM??

What device are you using in conjunction with your P4 remote?  It may not be powerful enough to render and record video at the same time.

Is the video on your P4's MicroSD card OK?

Hello BLACK90221, what's the IOS version and app version? Do you enable the hardware decode option? Was your 6+ hot when you tried to record a video? If convenient, it would be better to post a video of this issue here. Thanks.

I am having a problem with jerky video. This shows up on the playback on the tablet, and on the iMac when uploaded.  I suspect my settings are incorrect, but I use auto on everything, mov, 30 fps.
Can you help?

Your Mac and tablet probably do not have enough horsepower to process the video properly. This is not unusual.
