I started doing some timelapse shots about a week ago.

The video generated by DJI app is decent but I want to do some editing with the photo that was taken when doing the timelapse video.

But my osmo does not store the phote all the time.

some time it stores it onto my SD card and some times it just generate videos and does not store photo.

I'm using a class 10 sandisk extreme 64GB SD card.

I did consult customer service and they told me to reinstall the app which did nothing.

Does anyone have the simillar issue?

Hi, can you find it in your SD card under DCIM\TIMELAPSE ?

Hi, in the 'camera' menu scroll down to 'time lapse format' and you can choose if you just want video or JPEG + Video, just remember to set these settings while the osmo is on and running and connected to your device, If not connected it will just show the default settings.
