Hi!I was trying to update the osmo software so i downloaded the file and extracted it to the osmo SD card.Once i switched on the osmo,the right light turns red and the left light is green/yellow.It remains like that for a few seconds until it automatically switches off.My battery is already full and I've tried it several times but results are the same.

Please find the hidden LOG file by following these steps:
1. Enable Viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC.
For The Windows System:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en- ... den-files=windows-7
For The Mac System:
http://ianlunn.co.uk/articles/qu ... mac-os-x-mavericks/
2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

Hi, please format your SD card, then put the .bin file in your SD card(only 1 bin file at one time), put the SD card in Osmo and press “trigger+record(red dot)+power switch” buttons together for about 5 seconds, your Osmo will start updating and blinking red and green for about ten minutes and stops.  The issue should be fixed then.

can you explain more on the .bin file once at a time?what i usually do is download the firmware form the dji website.then when i copy the .bin file(ctrl+c),it opens an app and starts extracting.then i copy that to the sd card.is that how u are supposed to do it?

You could refer to the video tutorial below.And if still no improvement, you need to email support@dji.com and send it in for fixing.
