My reply to DJI about receiving a new battery that is dead......
This is turning into a group fortification. Do you really want a video of me plugging it into the battery charger? Nothing happens. This is a brand new un flown $250.00 battery. I just want it fixed or replaced. The reason I buy direct from DJI is so that if something is wrong it gets fixed or replaced. This is getting unacceptable by any standards. How about I box everything Pantom 4 up and send it back to you for a full refund and I buy something else. This is corispondace 10 back and forth.Brad Allore Aircraft Engineer

Otherwise you can also ask for a refund if you have not activated the drone(which is clear in your case) and it's within 7 days since you received it. Thank you.
