DJI support wait time was very short, unfortunately the person answering it knew zero about R/C anything. No diagnostic questions at all. Must be training new help..
Best Buy stepped up and handled the situation outside of the 14 days. There tech at least knew what a LiPo battery was and about cell balance. 99% sure it was just a flaky cell. They replaced the whole bird.
No hate toward DJI, your birds rock !!! Customer support is always going to be a work in progress. I just hope the service techs have a bit more experience. (:
