Try a compass calibration in an area with no interference. Also have nothing metal in your pockets (keys, phone) and leave the RC/tablet on the ground about 10ft away from you then start the calibration.
And for the IMU calibration, it needs to be a really flat surface (kitchen counter, floor) and have no movement the entire process and no vibrations either from walking or bumping the table.
It has been noticed, that a chilled drone, before the IMU and gimbal calibration, seems to work best.
Place your Phantom near an air conditioner for 15-20 mins, before you begin the important calibrations.
already tried. unfortunately, it does not work. My problem is that I need to work. Also my image is not good. not whether it is related. trembles on the horizon
I bought the buzz of a week ago. I bought to finish has not that work was done before because my previous broke, but it will not solve anything. money badly spent. I will miss work because DJI not accept the return and exchange of new equipment. worse is that my previous broke no fault of mine! dji will analyze. but what a bad experience!
How long did you have the unit prior to contacting DJI? The Support Centers have to adhere to the refund and exchange policies that are on the DJI Website. Any crashed units automatically have to undergo the RMA process and cannot qualify for a refund or exchange.

I realized the defect immediately on the day that I first used. I did complain the next day to the distributor. He also tested detected the error but says he can not do anything.

With which shutter speed did you that video?? High shutter speeds produce jello effect. You need a ND filter for down shutter speed and make more fluid video. Do you try with filters?
Perhaps your props need balancing? I've not tried this myself but Chris, the guy in this video is a professional pilot and uses this technique all the time:
