Hi, I have just bought a Phantom 4 from a local (Brazil) seller. It is customary for importers/sellers here to open the original packaging to place their own warranty stickers and test stuff before selling.
On the Phantom I bought all seems in order with both batteries at 0 charge cycles and propellers, cables, charger, remote in the original bags/plastics. But the Phantom itself was already activated and had the name of the seller.

Can someone from DJI check via the serial number when the aircraft was acrivated? Just to be sure that was just for updates/checks and not for flying. I have not found a way to do so in the App or on DJI's website.

Hello I have similar doubt about my P4.

I couldn't be sure if it's used before me. It's common issue, and DJI have to find a solution for this. How you shouldn't buy a mobile phone opened case, or another electronic devices. Retailers shouldn't open these for any reason before sell.
