Excited to get my first Osomo product. Does anybody know how much of a load these gimbals can withstand? I'm curious which 3rd party filters I can use on my iPhone camera.

Currently we don't have detailed information about what filters you can use, but normally small ones are fine

Have you test it w Rode VideoMic Me on IP6+ or S7 edge?  Do you think this setup will make it too unbalanced?

Anything attached will make the gimbal pitch forward and be out of balance and make the motors work harder. If it is out of balance just a tad that may be ok. But if the gimbal falls forward pretty hard then I'm sure it will put too much stress on the pitch motor.

You may not be able use that mic, for one the phone jack on my S6 just barely clears the pitch motor. I don't know if the S7 is in the same spot or not. And 2nd, I don't know where you would mount the phone.

I would pass on the filters, excessive weight will cause premature failure of the motors.

I agree, unless it's a totally micro thin filter and doesn't throw the gimbal off balance much at all.

Thanks guys! I'll just use it as is and see how everything works. I'll be upgrading to an iPhone 7 anyway so the microphone would be useless. The filters will be useless as well becuase the iPhone 7 is supposed to have two rear cameras.
