Not sure if this is from bad hardware or not. I've got a few videos like this now. One had drone a couple of days.

Is this directly from the SD card or is this cached video from the mobile device? What resolution are you filming at and have you tried reformatting the SD card?

You are looking at the video cached on your phone/tablet. This is a preview only copy of the video material, the real version is on the SD card in the aircraft and will not have that problem.

This is copied to my computer via the USB cable from drone to mac.
It's happening on a few videos so far.

Your computer can not play back the high resolution without buffering. Turn the fps down or use a more powerful computer. It is not on the Phantom side.
